Highlighty marks several skills, credentials, or job titles in different colors while you read a candidate page. Keep a role-specific list handy so you can look for the same terms across profiles.
Install Highlighty from the Chrome Web StoreA candidate-reading workflow
- Choose three to five terms from a real role brief, such as a required certification, a tool, and a job title. Use exact terms you can verify on the page.
- Open a candidate profile or another text-based page and add those terms to Highlighty. Each term receives a separate color.
- Read the surrounding context before deciding whether a match is relevant. A highlighted word alone does not prove experience or suitability.
- Reuse the list on the next page. For CV PDFs, open them in Highlighty's PDF Search with PRO; local files stay on your device for search and OCR.

The free plan covers the core on-page workflow with up to five active queries per list. New installs also get a short PRO trial.

Highlighty finds text; it does not assess a candidate, infer qualifications, or rank people. Check the source and context yourself, and follow the rules of each platform you use.
